Art & Algorithms Mobile App
The Art & Algorithms mobile app for iOS and Android devices is built in a way to utilize as little unique user data as possible.
To enable push notifications we store notification-specific IDs necessary for the service, whether your device is iOS or Android, and your time zone. No personal information is accessed or stored by the app.
If you choose to use the directions feature, we use your phone’s geolocation service to determine your location and securely send those coordinates to Google’s directions service.
Various IDs and settings are stored on your phone in local storage or as cookies to facilitate the operation of the app. You can remove them by deleting the app or just clearing the data.
Other services like ticket purchasing, Twitter, and Facebook are handled outside the app in your device’s web browser.
